He is a Registered Valuer for the asset class ‘Securities or Financial Assets’ and is also a practising Chartered Accountant and has completed the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) course from CFA Institute, USA. Harshit is committed to integrating sustainability into financial strategies, leveraging his expertise in business valuations and financial modelling to guide organizations towards environmentally and socially responsible investments.
Prior to starting as an Valuation Professional, he worked for the role of Senior Manager at a real estate valuation company and as a Senior Consultant rendering valuation & business advisory services to diverse clients in private equity, banking, insurance, infrastructure, chemical, pharma and other sectors. He has also assisted a number of international and national clients in Business Advisory, Investor Support Services, Business Performance Management and Reporting. In his free time, he loves to read and travel the world.

Sagar brings on board a plethora of knowledge and skills with over 11 years of Post qualification experience in financial & regulatory reporting. During his professional journey, he has gained in-depth knowledge & experience in Auditing, Assurance, Corporate compliance, litigation matters, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Taxation etc.
He has expertise in the operations and management of XBRL services for US, India and Singapore. He is proficient in preparation, review of XBRL document for accuracy, consistency, quality, best practices and completeness of data processing.
Sagar is deeply committed to steering the corporate sector towards a more sustainable future by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into financial and regulatory reporting frameworks. He has worked on projects for listed & public limited company clients.

With 30 years of experience, he has worked in numerous industries in the past, from FMCG, Jewellery Brands to B2B projects from idea to execution.

He brings in extensive experience from Document Lifecycle Management and SDLC which has resulted in efficiently delivering solutions to clients. He has assisted in numerous EDGAR filings, XBRL Solutions and XBRL Review services complying with the regulatory requirements. Drawing upon his extensive experience in data conversion and financial reporting, His methodical approach, attention to detail and clear understanding of mandates has always resulted in simplifying reporting implementations. Chetan has been driving the key product demonstrations and successfully delivering the business development solutions over several years.
